Before every Classical concert, the DSO offers free Performance Preludes to ticketed guests. These are informal presentations designed to enhance your concert experience. Laugh and learn with the most knowledgeable music experts in North Texas (as well as a few surprise visitors) as they share the stories behind the music.

When to Arrive

Performance Preludes begin one hour before every Dallas Symphony Classical Series performance in Horchow Hall, located behind the box office on the lower level of the Meyerson Symphony Center.

Complimentary Admission

Admission to the Performance Preludes is free. The Dallas Symphony Orchestra Performance Preludes are supported by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Guild.
